Registration

Papers accepted for CAMAD 2017 will be included in the conference Proceedings, IEEEXPlore, with the exception that IEEE reserves the right to exclude any paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

To be included in the IEEE CAMAD 2017 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and must present the paper at the conference. Registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE CAMAD 2017 Conference Proceedings. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE CAMAD 2017 Conference Proceedings and in IEEE Xplore®.

Important note: To be published in the IEEE CAMAD 2017 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE XploreŽ, an author of an accepted paper is required to register. Each paper accepted for the main conference must be registered with a Full Registration (either IEEE Member or Non - IEEE Member). Each Full registration can have a maximum of two papers associated. In order to be included in the IEEE CAMAD 2017 proceedings, each paper must be presented by an author of that paper attending the conference. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted, registered, and presented papers will be published in the IEEE CAMAD 2017 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE XploreŽ database.
